UK Delivery

Standard delivery, this costs £3.95 (UK) per order no matter how many parcels we send.  Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the goods to arrive. Some deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel.

International Shipping Charges


UK includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands - Jersey and Guernsey.

EU Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Rest of the world Norway, Switzerland, USA, Hong Kong, Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Romania, Serbia-Montenegro, Turkey, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine and Russian Federation.


Duty and Customs


If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

All transactions are in pounds sterling. We accept the following credit and debit cards,

All prices are inclusive of tax and VAT.

Once you have placed your order, card verification checks will be carried out.



We do not accept Cheques as a form of payment.


RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition with labels still attached within 7 days of receipt. Once the item or items have been checked and they are in a resalable condition, we will issue a refund for the goods excluding your delivery charge. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear back on your debit or credit card.

The item or items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Some products are non-returnable and these are clearly marked on the relevant pages.

If you are going to be returning an item or items please send an email before hand with your name, address, phone number and item or items that you are returning.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately at info@fifty8.co.uk
quoting your name and address, phone number and details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.


Received The Wrong Item


If the item you received is a different item to what you originally ordered, please contact us immediately at info@fifty8.co.uk
quoting your name and address, details of the product you have received and the details of the product you originally ordered. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Please note when trying on your items of clothing, please make sure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave, deodorant or make-up that may leave a scent or marks on the item or items. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where these instructions have not been followed.


Item/Items Not Received


Please note when choosing your delivery option, if you chose standard delivery once the parcel has left our wearhouse the parcel then becomes your responsibility i.e. if your parcel gets lost in the post we can only claim up to £36 compensation with Royal Mail. If choosing special delivery we can claim back the full amount and can either replace your item or issue a full refund.


SECURITY

Security of your personal details is a major concern for customers who want to purchase online. This is why we have put in place a system that is much safer than giving your details over the phone.

When you place orders through our website you will automatically be sent to a secure server Sage Pay. Depending on your browser settings, you may also get a message asking you if you want to continue and make this secure connection. The information you provide to Sage Pay is protected in transit by using a network protocol called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). These browsers encrypt the information they send using SSL. This means no one can intercept your details and read them. Any personal information you send to our secure server while the padlock icon is showing will be encrypted.

In addition, as required by the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we endeavor to prevent unauthorised access to the information through strict security procedures regarding its storage and disclosure.
